Laboratory Gas Installation Design and Implementation
Laboratory gas installations are critical infrastructure systems designed to ensure the safe and uninterrupted flow of gases within the workspace. The systems designed by Axell are manufactured in compliance with TS EN ISO 7396-1, TS EN 13348, and ISO 9001:2015 standards. They enable the safe and controlled distribution of various technical gases used in laboratory environments, such as nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, air, and vacuum.
The installation pipelines are made of chemically and pressure-resistant stainless steel (304/316) or copper materials. All connection components are equipped with leak-proof sealing gaskets. Each gas outlet is fitted with a pressure reducer, flow control valve, and safety valve. Thanks to its modular design, the system allows for additions or modifications based on laboratory requirements.
